TimeToPoint – Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the TimeToPoint service.

The Service may be used solely for lawful business purposes connected with training evidence verification, participation evidence, attendance verification, evidence export, compliance review support, and related training-evidence workflows, in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Using the Service to conduct intrusive monitoring, continuous behavioural surveillance, or to process data beyond the scope of training evidence verification in a way that violates applicable law.
- Deploying TimeToPoint within any training or delivery environment without implementing any notices, consent controls, or other privacy measures required by applicable law.
- Using evidence data for purposes other than training verification, compliance review, or audit preparation without appropriate authority.
- Unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Service data or functionality without prior written consent.
- Automated scraping or data extraction beyond permitted API use.
- Distribution of malware, spam, or harmful content via the Service.
- Misrepresentation of identity or fraudulent use.
- Circumvention of security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
- Any use that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Rules may differ depending on the channel used and whether the recipient is a company, a named business contact, a sole trader, or another individual.
3. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, or termination. We may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
